The questions we keep getting.
Do I need to bring my own Anthropic key?
Optional. Bring one and Keep uses it (with a daily-budget cap you control). Don't, and we'll use ours and bill it back at cost. Either way, AI calls are audited per-user with token + cost transparency.
What integrations are live today?
Planhat (companies, end-users, conversations), Gong (call summaries), Granola (meeting notes), Anthropic (Copilot + drafts). Salesforce, Slack, and warehouse connectors are on the near-term roadmap.
Where does my data live?
Starter and Team plans run on shared Postgres in our region of choice (US-East default). Enterprise gets dedicated tenancy in your region. We don't train on your data, period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on Starter or Team. No credit card. We'll send a one-page security FAQ and a sample MSA on request.
Can I export my data?
Anytime. JSON of every account, every signal, every artifact version. The data is yours; the workspace is what you're paying for.
